- An understanding and appreciation of Liturgy and Worship, including the season's of the Church Year.
- The ability to work with, deligate to, and motivate others.
- Experience in administrating a Music Ministry or venture that involves worship as a team.
- The ability to lead a Spirit filled and Spirit led congregation in worship.
- Proficiency at the keyboard.
- Familiarity and comfort with traditional and contemporary worship.
- Vision for incorporating other art forms into worship, e.g. dance and drama.
