- Implemented a British Choir School System of graduated choirs from pre-school to adult, plus contemporary ensembles and orchestras.
- Developed a Cantor School to train singers to go beyond being just song leaders to true worship leaders.
- Developed a Lector College to train layman to effectively participate with Clergy in Worship.
- Developed "So You Always Wanted to Sing in the Church Choir," the fundamentals of music, sight-reading, and singing.
- Developed the Resurrection Choir Concept as part of the Bereament Team.
- Updated the Miracle and Mystery Play, to contemporary drama and dramatic readings of the scriptures.
- Received a Liturgy Certificate from The Office of Divine Worship, The Archdiocese of Chicago.
- Ordained Minister, The Universal Life Church.

- In demand as a Baritone Soloist in Concert, Opera and Oratorio.
- Received the Boris Goldovsky Prize in opera, from Millikin University School of Music, for distinguished singing.
- Received prizes from The Metropolitan Opera Council and The National Association of Teachers of Singing.
- Founder and Artistic Director of The Young American Artist Voice Recital Series.
- Founder and Artistic Director of Opera Expresso, Chicago and New York City.
Instructional Accomplishments
- Taught studio voice, in the Bel Canto Tradition of Vannuccini, William L. Whitney, and Eleanor Steber.
- Authored The Art of Singing (1980), Revised (2004); The Essence of Singing (2004); The Reality of Singing (2004). Numerous articles on Vocal Pedagogy and Vocal Repertoire.
- Associated with The Department of Arts Medicine, Northwestern University School of Medicine and with The Department of Otolaryngology - Professional Voice, The University of Chicago Hospitals.
- Lectured on Classical Music and Opera through The Lyric Opera of Chicago Lecture Corps, Opera Expresso, Chicago and New York City.
- Lectured on Vocal Pedagogy and Vocal Repertoire through The National Association of Teachers of Singing.
- Certified in Public School Music (Ohio Special K-12), Orff, Kodaly, Kindermusic, and the Cambiata Voice, with training in Dalcroze Eurythmics.
